Mis Melon A refreshingly light and straightforward sipper that perfectly highlights our Summer Seasonal: Watermelon Mint Chili. Using fellow San Diego-based brand Misadventure, this lil' Mis is made for a scorching summer day ‒‒ here in SoCal and beyond. 1.75 oz Misadventure vodka 2 thinly sliced cucumber slices 0.75 oz lime juice 0.5 oz simple syrup 3 oz Watermelon Mint Chili Shake the above with ice, strain in highball glass over fresh cubes. Top with Watermelon Mint Chili. Garnish with cucumber slices. Lemon Smash Welcome a new cocktail creation using one of our recent additions, Lemon Maple Thyme. Sour in nature, this Boochcraft beauty pairs well with intense bourbon and juicy peaches. 2 slices fresh peaches 3-5 mint leaves 0.5 oz organic maple syrup 1.75 oz bourbon 3 oz Lemon Maple Thyme Muddle peaches with mint and maple syrup. Add bourbon. Shake with ice then double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a peach slice and mint. Harmless Heat If you are looking for a new take on a spicy marg, this is it. A bit of bite from ginger and subtle heat from Watermelon Mint Chili compliments the naturally sweet coconut water. 1.5 oz tequila 0.25 oz ginger syrup 0.25 oz lemon juice 0.75 oz Harmless Harvest coconut water 3 oz Watermelon Mint Chili Shake first four ingredients (everything aside from the Watermelon Mint Chili Boochcraft) with ice and strain in rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with Watermelon Mint Chili. Garnish with a skewer of cubed watermelon and candied ginger. Summer Blues Purple perfection. Blueberries are the star in this 'tiny (summer is their time to shine after all), accompanied by zesty Lemon Maple Thyme and clean, high quality, San Diego-produced You & Yours vodka. 1 oz Blueberry Purée* 1.75 oz You & Yours vodka 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur 3 oz Lemon Maple Thyme *To make the quick Blueberry Purée, bring 8 oz blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to a rapid boil for a few minutes. Once it thickens, blend and double strain. Combine purée, vodka, elderflower liqueur. Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with Lemon Maple Thyme. Garnish with three blueberries on a bamboo pick. I'm Bitter A little bitter but totally balanced, this stiff drink is as tasty as it is unique. Top with Orange Pomegranate Beet. Garnish with fresh orange. Sweet Heat Smokey, sexy, sophisticated. This one also packs a punch. 1.5 oz mezcal 2 (seedless) jalapeño slices 0.25 oz agave 0.5 oz lime juice 0.5 oz curacao 3 oz Orange Pomegranate Beet Combine all ingredients with ice and shake hard.
