The Boochery, Inc. “Cherry Limeade” Sweepstakes – Official Rules
DESCRIPTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes will be directed to the Sponsor.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Boochery, Inc. located at 684 Antia Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, and are 21 years of age or older (the “Participants”). Employees, officers and contractors of (1) a Sponsor and (2) the parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Sponsor (collectively, "Affiliates"), and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside, and/or those living in the same household of each) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes from June 15, 2023 to August 31, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There are two (2) methods of entry: (i) Participants may enter by following Boochcrafts official Instagram account (@boochcraft) and providing their name, email address, Instagram handle (to verify entry) and date of birth on a landing page that they have received via link in bio or QR code from participating retailers (participants may otherwise become aware of the landing page through Instagram or Facebook and agree to Facebook/Instagram’s terms of use, acknowledging that this giveaway is not associated with either platform) or (ii) Participants may enter by mail. During the Sweepstakes Period, hand print your complete name, address, telephone, and valid email (optional) and mail it to: The Boochery, Inc. c/o Boochcraft, 684 Anita Street, Suite F, Chula Vista, CA 91911. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by August 31, 2023 and received by September 15, 2023. Regardless of entry method there is a limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incomplete, postage due or misdirected entries or mail. Incomplete, unreadable or late entries will be disqualified.
WINNER: One winner will be selected on or after September 15, 2023 based on a random drawing of all eligible entries received (the “Winner”). Winner will be notified via e-mail, Instagram (via direct message) and/or phone. The winner must reply to the winner notification e-mail, Instagram direct message and/or phone within 24 hours in order to receive the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
PRIZE: One (1) Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The Winner will receive two (2) round-trip flights to San Diego International Airport when traveling greater than 250 miles or two (2) round trip train tickets when traveling less than 250 miles, one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) consecutive nights, one (1) $50 gift card for brunch, two (2) $100 gift cards for dinner, one (1) $150 Uber Voucher and two (2) vouchers for free flight boards at the Boochcraft Del Mar Taproom. The approximate retail value of the Prize is two thousand U.S. dollars ($2,000). Actual value may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for accommodations. All expenses not listed are not included. Trip must be completed by March 1, 2024, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Winner is not guaranteed availability on their preferred dates. Hotel, flight and/or train bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred. Any no-shows will be credited against the Prize. The Prize is not redeemable for other products, services or monetary value and any portion of the Prize that is not used is forfeited. The Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card at hotel check-in for any incidental charges. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of the hotel reservation. The Prize may not be assigned or transferred.
Any public statements disparaging, inaccurate or reflecting negatively on Sponsor or its brand or affiliates may also result in cancellation of your Prize.
RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, the owner of The Standard, East Village, and any social media outlets (including Instagram) and its and their respective Affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injury or loss to person or property, costs and expenses, suffered by the Released Parties, arising from or relating to Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, Participant’s acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, or Sponsors’ use of the entry, including, without limitation, any claims based on defamation, violation of publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights, moral rights, or intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement and trademark infringement.
