When Ginger Meets Sourdough: A Holiday Collaboration with Our Friends at PACHA
This holiday season, something warm, cozy, and a little bit spicy is coming out of the oven - and yep, we’ve got our hands in the dough.
We’re teaming up with PACHA, the gluten-free, sourdough bread company founded by our very own Boochcraft co-founder Adam Hiner, to bring you a limited-edition Gingerbread Loaf powered by the bright, warming kick of our fresh-pressed organic ginger juice.
If you know us, you know we’re serious about juice. It’s what makes our hard kombucha and our non-alcoholic Mood beverages taste so vibrant. So when PACHA reached out about sourcing real ginger for their holiday loaf, we knew this was the perfect opportunity to stir up something special.
A Shared History

Before PACHA was baking some of the cleanest, gut-friendly loaves on the market, Adam Hiner co-founded Boochcraft with the same guiding principle: take the best ingredients the earth gives us, ferment them with intention, and build something nourishing from the ground up.
That philosophy lives on in both companies, so this seasonal collab came naturally.
Real Ginger. Real Bread.
PACHA’s Gingerbread Loaf is made from organic, sprouted buckwheat, wild-fermented for flavor and digestibility, and totally free from gluten, gums, and the top 9 allergens.
And the star of the show? Our fresh-pressed organic ginger - bright, bold, and warming in all the right ways.
Want to Taste What We’re Talking About?
The Gingerbread loaf is a limited drop, but PACHA’s full line of regenerative, gut-friendly bread is available year-round. And trust us - they’re worth keeping around long after the lights come down.
