This should taste like New England! Starting with the aroma you will notice the heavy hitters and warming notes of cinnamon and ginger at the start. It then moves into the sweetness of the apple and even tart cranberry notes of the hibiscus with some floral undertones. The flavor profile should move in a similar manner.
